We had an amazing stay! The hotel was the cleanest and quietest we've ever experienced. The room was spotless, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The location was perfect, with shops and food outlets all around. We were also conveniently close to the casino and the Great Smoky Mountains. Transportation was made easy by the hotel's nearby parking area. The staff, especially Erin, was friendly and helpful, with a smile on their face. They went above and beyond to explain our situation and make sure we had a great stay.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at this hotel. The gentleman on third shift, Dustin, was beyond amazing. He treated us like family and made my husband's birthday extra special. The staff, including Dustin, were all very kind and respectful. The location of the hotel was great, with attractions and the Indian Village nearby. The beds were incredibly comfortable and there were plenty of towels available. Additionally, I loved the room with a refrigerator, and the hotel's proximity to the nice river with a park right across the street was a bonus.

I had a great time exploring all the little shops, which were conveniently located close to the hotel. The cleanliness of the room was exceptional, and the hotel facilities were well-maintained. Parking was easy and convenient, and the location was perfect for both the casino and ski area. The staff were friendly and helpful.
